Marcia Kent
415-457-6230

Artist's Statement:

Marcia Kent works in the abstract to create textural, three dimensional works, both framed and sculptural, using handmade paper, found objects, and natural, man-made and recycled materials. She likes to use recycled materials because they invoke unrelated art forms. Ms. Kent was past president for two years in the Marin Society of Artists; she is a member of FiberDimensions; she has worked with the Council of Music and Arts. A native Californian and a graduate of U.C. Berkeley, she has exhibited widely.
